Warranty

Clean Touch Roofing warrants all workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in installation and craftsmanship only, not material failure or damage from weather events. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

Insurance and Liability

We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by Arizona law. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and Pima County, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
